Our new representatives typically earn $75k-$100k first full year, and we have some surpass $150k year one with an incredible work ethic and a burning drive to learn a quality skillset. You don’t have to be a Jimmy Neutron to thrive with us but you do have to talk to people and have fun doing it.

We handle the permanent insurance for the majority of the Labor Unions, Credit unions, & Common Interest groups across the U.S. We help working men and women across the country secure what’s most important to them; Their family's financial future, no matter what happens to them.

• Setting appointments with members & prospective clients (P.s. INBOUND prospective clients, so don’t go asking “dO wE HaVE tO cOLd CAlL”

• Running said appointments via Zoom or similar software

• Handling agency resources & technology

• Maintaining client records

• And for the love of God, get your first promotion inside 4 months
